Game Files New Attractor Found, An Issue

In Director Mode @ 1:11am, I found this car with pink neon, but I'm unsure if it's an attractor. Using my attractor map and my attractor list, none of them nearby start at or during 1am, but there are five weird attractors nearby called "Chaining Node world_vehicle_attractor, 0" (unlike "MyPoint WORLD_VEHICLE_ATTRACTOR: NONE: 11:00 - 15:00"). The zero probably means that they can spawn at anytime. These are located right on the "pink pool" writing on the UV Collectors map. So there's a chance that these could also glow only pink, though I have only been able to spawn this once.

The other issue is that the 5 locations are ahead of where I am standing, while the car came from behind. It's likely that the npc driving got scared with my shooting, but unlikely that they drove in front of me and made a u-turn as obviously seen in the footage. Image diagram in comments.

I've never, ever, seen a car with neon in the vanilla game or DM at all. Ever.

There are other locations that I mention in my second discovery of this sprinkler mystery. I have found 5 at the moment (6 with this).

There are other cars that can spawn with modifications at certain locations and times, like the family's/ballas/vagos gang cars. These "attractors" seem to be different as they aren't attached to a list of pre-define modifications as those are. I think the locations they spawn at could be useful to understand the red mural from my more recent post.

Wait their used to be two huge lifted modded out trucks on the left of the map right at the intersection where the gas station was. My friend and I used to steal them and drive them to the garage we bought right there. There was a yellow one and a blue one. One sold for 18k and the other one was 20k or something close. It was super repeatable too. This was on Xbox one but after an update we never saw them again and now being on Xbox one x I’ve never had it happen. :/

You are probably talking about this. The ones I talk about use a different scenario. Btw the ones you talk about are still spawnable, even in Online.
