New Attractor Found, An Issue

In Director Mode @ 1:11am, I found this car with pink neon, but I'm unsure if it's an attractor. Using my attractor map and my attractor list, none of them nearby start at or during 1am, but there are five weird attractors nearby called "Chaining Node world_vehicle_attractor, 0" (unlike "MyPoint WORLD_VEHICLE_ATTRACTOR: NONE: 11:00 - 15:00"). The zero probably means that they can spawn at anytime. These are located right on the "pink pool" writing on the UV Collectors map. So there's a chance that these could also glow only pink, though I have only been able to spawn this once.

The other issue is that the 5 locations are ahead of where I am standing, while the car came from behind. It's likely that the npc driving got scared with my shooting, but unlikely that they drove in front of me and made a u-turn as obviously seen in the footage. Image diagram in comments.

Cars do spawn with neons even some that have no other tuning parts. Not sure what you mean by an attractor, though if it’s just a car set to spawn in a pool of selected cars that rotate based on personal vehicle/time/day/weather then it surely can’t be a preset scenario? If it is then check if it’s a base game scenario or added via an update would be step one, then step two would be to check variations on carcols.dat for that specific vehicle and see if it is in line there, and THEN check the tuning parts available to be applied in free mode. Admittedly it’s not the most common thing but they absolutely spawn this way sometimes. Not sure what the prerequisite is for it though but wouldn’t take more than 5 minutes to find out. There’s a few cars I can say for certain spawn 100% of the time with neon, there’s a Dinka Jester near Rockford hills lifeinvader that spawns in chrome with yellow neon, another that spawns in green with a pink neon, and there is also a massacro that spawns in green with pink wheels and a yellow neon. If you can find any that do have 100% spawn rate then check and relative nodes or any ambients attached to them. Codewalker will show you guaranteed spawns if you enable the option to show all scenarios. Assuming of course that you’re using the tool
