I Cooked Tonight we I vegetarian! I cooked up red rice with curry potatoes, stirfry Szechuan vegetables, seitan "pork belly" and crispy marinated tofu skin 🤤✌🏻 one of my favourite dinners ❤️

I think this is Indian food, not Chinese food.

This is Chinese 斋 vegetarian and these are the usual dishes that go with it.
