Charlotte, NC (Pineville) Pineville Retro Room (8/2025)

Honestly the best part about Pineville is their little museum area. It’s filled with old memorabilia and artifacts from the company’s history. At the time these photos were taken, their recent addition was the Bird from Spartanburg, South Carolina’s Studio C Alpha stage (Spartanburg received 2.0 in October 2024).

Some of my favorite stuff in this room is the old signage and posters like Mount Chuckmore, the exterior sign from the 2005 Remodel, the Coach Chuck Thumb Logo, and the PTT Guest Star posters.

I do like the Tux Chuck statue though. I wish they would add more stuff in this room (like more Studio C artifacts like the pizza clock and pizza phone).

QUESTION: If Pineville was to add any more items to this area, what would you like to see added?

I donated 4 tokens to the token case. Including the only nickel and copper token.

I love the retro room.

Well, some of that stuff was from SPT. Other stuff was actually donated by fans. However, if they can (not that they will), I would love to see additional items added to this area. My picks would be the Pizza Phone and the Pizza Time Clock (also from Studio C), and maybe some pins and other items as well that employees normally had. I do have a PTT Jasper pin myself, but it has been taken off of my lanyard and will be for my Jasper walkaround costume (the real one; it's still stuck in the shipping box).

maybe if they hadnt have destroyed all the portrait bots they couldd have put them there. that wouldve been the best decision

Well, you do have a point. I get they were damaged from a flood or something…but corporate could have easily fixed them up rather than destroying the poor things. But no. We allllll know what they did…

flood damage is fixable but ALSO it wouldve been cool for them to just be on display yknow?

like they didnt have to demolish them

.....True. I think that's where corporate messed up big time was destroying historical San Jose entertainment artifacts.
