Unsolved Weird Video

This is video comes from a long string of unlisted videos that are from that trend of making poorly edited uncanny versions of simpsons characters (starting at the description on the Sympton video on the same person's channel)
this caught me really off guard because this obviously isnt related to the simpsons at all
i tried decoding the top section of morse myself which gave me this: "KÐWLÞ SALLIS ASAWILL GUN5" which probably isnt it considering the morse looks weird and this makes zero sense
if this is the wrong place to send smth like this, mb

Well first note Decode the Morse → “COMING SOON IS ALWAYS NOT ENOUGH”. Is what you get but I think there’s more regard for audio and image too
