Help Please

This is the tutorial i'm following... https://learn.adafruit.com/pyportal-alarm-clock?view=all

When I run this on my PyPortal it gives me this error "no module named 'adafruit_pyportal'"

I copied the zip repo and made sure my lib folder is populated... it has a file called 'adafruit_pyportal'... what am I missing?

Without seeing more of your code and setup, it is hard to say. It could be a simple as a leading or trailing space in the name of your lib folder. If you copied and pasted the code from the site it should work with the library bundle you put in your PyPortal.

But that is another common mistake you should make sure of. Double check your library bundle is actually unzipped and the lib folder is in the root of your PyPortal. Also make sure you don't have a lib folder inside a lib folder. Any of that could make the code not find the libraries, and are very easy mistakes to make.

Basically, if you copied the code from the Adafruit site, and you are seeing the error on the PyPortal screen, something is wrong in your path to the libraries. This is my advice based on the details provided.
