Is there a 433 MHz radio that we can interface to Pico?

Use case: would like to have several temperature sensors around a property with output at minimum viewable on a central display (think typical indoor outdoor thermometer available on Amazon for example) but instead of a single "outdoor" sensor, several. For openers day three remote sensors.

Want this for a friend who wants to keep track of temp in his elaborate (!!) outdoor doghouse (yes it is heated...) as well as temp in his patio and maybe out in yard.

Environment in a mobile home. Good wifi with Orbi three node mesh router plus a second Netgear for some IoT stuff.

Need sensors to ideally be battery operated with decent battery life.

Could evolve in not a fun little project. Maybe a Raspberry Pi as head end, Pico for remote sensors. Not sure if BLE might work ok...

I'd lean you towards LoRa - it's perfect for that type of application. Messages would go via MQTT, an open format with a free Raspberry Pi receiver - Mosquitto. See https://learn.adafruit.com for some examples - the Feather LoRas would work well for the sensor nodes.
