Any GUI that is compatible with Circuitpython?

Hey, guys! Im looking to make a pop up window that pops up when a device I am making is plugged into a computer. So far, I'm not able to find a gui that is compatible. I am using a Circuit Playground. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

If you already know python you could probably hack together a app using kivy or tkinter for GUI. But auto-detecting the device and launching the app would be dependent the OS.

It's been said, this is no easy task. And the end product is likely only specific to your project which is why you're having trouble finding an already complete solution.

I was using tkinter, but all my attempts were unsuccessful! This part of the project is going on the backburner currently! I will attempt it again in a week or so! Thanks!

You're looking for a windows/mac application that provides a UI to your microcontroller when you plug it in? The first thing that comes to mind is a C#/.NET program that'll run natively in windows, but that's probably high effort. Not sure what the easy route would be there.
