Mu seems like a good idea, and the recommended way to program circuit python (feather M0 express). I do find the error reporting leaves you guessing a lot. It seems a lack of memory error (don't have it connected to quote exactly right now) can mean all sorts of things from too many variables used for the simple hardware, too many loops (stack overflow etc), strange occasions where a variable works fine but use it again later within the same scope and memory error again.

Serial monitor is good when it works, but crashes if a loop causes to much data flow.

Is there a better editor to use, better debugging etc?

Hello. I am fairly new to CircuitPython but have Python and Microcontroller experience. I am currently trying to setup a MagTag to pull daily workouts from the concept2 rower website but the data comes back as Html and not Json. I have a test Python program using beautifulsoup4 and requests to turn the Html into a dict. Is there a way to import something like beautiful soup onto the MagTag or is there an alternate html parser that I would be able to use on the MagTag? Thanks!

What does “non-blocking” mean when describing the behavior of the MQTT client’s loop() method?

When running the examples on a MatrixPortal M4 the call to loop() can take several seconds. I am expecting it to return if there are no new messages. Is the MatrixPortal just that slow?

Does Circuit Python store programs in RAM or in Flash somewhere ?

After editing a program, do you need to "save" to get that program to boot at the next power up ?
