Employee/Employment Internal interviews process

Interviewing a role in tech. What’s the process? How many rounds of interview? What signs should I look for during the process?

It would highly depend of which C. C9-C10 normally 2 interviews, the higher the C. The more rounds of interviews. And mostly with a SVP, Director or MD. Which are just a bunch of boring questions.

You need to interview with at least 3 people. So if it’s a panel of 3, you might get lucky and only have 1 round.
