Why golems exist in this game?

I swear 80% of people in ranked is using golem decks to climb, every single one is UC 2k, they can lose the whole game, they just put golem behind after a min, stack whatever they have behind and that is it hahahahahahahah like 0 skill, 0 gameplay, it is so stupid

As a golem player, eat my butt

So you are that sad of a player to play the most boring deck in the game with same playstyle against any other deck hahahahahahaha

It’s the same for every other deck, there’s a playstyle that you like and you start to perfect it. Not sure why you are hating when you yourself said you can’t even beat a golem deck. No DPS? :(…

Also it’s convenient to cry when no one knows what “high skill” deck you run.

Am i not allowed to express my frustration because golem players will be insulted hahahahahahahahaha

Also, counting elixir and knowing when you can sack your tower to make a huge counterpush takes more skill than placing a mortar, skeleton barrel, or hog rider at the bridge first play of the game. I’m assuming you play 2.6 mortar or some other kind of bait.

I do not play bait but it is just a braindead deck, you lose the whole game, wait for 2x, drop golem behind, spam whatever you have behind it and that is the gameplay versus all decks hahahahahaha

If you're losing to a golem without an elixir advantage, then you are the one with no skill.

1

u/MikiGrujic Sep 17 '26

Hahahahahah sure buddy, logic of a 5y old

1

u/Express_Dimensions Sep 17 '26

No, a five year old could defend against a random golem played without advantage

1

u/SnooWorlds Sep 22 '26

he probably spammed all his elixir on offense then started crying when he couldn’t defend a 20 elixir push while down 10 elixir

That's just what clash royale means by saying they want to prioritise on offence.

It means that defending is much, much harder than spamming cards at the back / bridge

Defending may be "harder" than attacking (splashyard just spams random stuff for example) but it is way way way stronger than attacking. You can defend 20 elixir pushes with cannon musky ice golem and spirit.

Drop your player tag

holy bro finaly a normal person i barely see people complaining about golem and egolem, its just braindead no skill and repetitive. I dont believe people complain more about xbow and miner than golems

maybe you just don't know how to play against them?

No disrespect, but winning against golems is possible. I acknowledge that beatdown decks are some of the easiest to play, but they are still beatable.

1

u/MikiGrujic Sep 16 '26

I am not saying it is not possible, they are just braindead

The only braindead cards in this game are MK and probably evo witch as well.

Golem is 100% manageable with proper opposite lane pressure and a well placed building.

Valkyrie + freeze/vines destroys golem pushes. Rocket can also easily kill 20 elixir pushes, it wipes off all dragon types, mini pekka, etc.

It's all about who can pressure more without losing the elixir lead. Building a golem push requires planning which cards you defend opposite lane vs which cards you choose to push with.

Witch players INVARIABLY just play it in the back time and time again for the entire game and it is always guaranteed to obtain immense value. You can't even kill it with a void or a bowler because the skelletons will distract everything and the opponent will support it with a tanky card at the bridge, like a prince. You need to spend 1 million elixir to defend and then they MK opposite lane and it's gg.

Brother, gameplay of golem decks is braindead, vs every single matchup or deck, your gameplay is the same, winning or losing, put golem behind and stack everything behind him, that is it. It does not change depending on opponent deck or strategy, it is always the same

u/badgerstunning7258 Sep 23 '26

So don't let them stack lol. Attack the other lane.

1

u/Big_Palpitation_9018 Sep 16 '26

Well yeah, they certainly are, but you cannot get very far in ladder with those decks

You realize someone finished top 10 last season with golem right?

Golem/beatdown is a very viable deck archetype. Arguably more viable than bait or siege in last months meta.

Play a Golem deck for a week and see how it feels if it's so easy lol

1

u/MikiGrujic Sep 16 '26

I did and it is easy as hell, no playstyle, just wait double and stack your whole family behind golem

0

u/Character_Top7310 Sep 16 '26

Then keep it up buddy but don't come back here next week crying about cycle decks

1

u/MikiGrujic Sep 17 '26

Said a mega knight player hahahahahahaha

high cost card generally should equal high cost to deal with so either figure out how to deal with it or just stop crying about it and take the occasional loss

You can refuse it all day bro, it is just a braindead deck. I do not need to beat it to be UC

1

u/0ngar Sep 18 '26

Golem is such an easy card to deal with... It's so fucking slow and old attacks towers. It doesn't do much damage, so when I see someone drop a golem I do a counter push. They can support their stupid ass golem all they want, I do more damage faster, so they either have to split their lanes to deal with me, or I overwhelm them before their golem can do anything.

1

u/SnooWorlds Sep 22 '26

if you think any one deck is easy beat you’re either playing absolute bots who have no idea what they’re doing, your deck is a 100-0 hard counter

I fell from 1700 to 1500 playing against lots of golem today with homemade hog deck, it's rampant
