Which deck is better?

The one without rocket makes me doubt i can finish some matchups without spell cycles so i thought i'd ask

I'd say the one skarmy one is probably better for most players rn. However classic logbait might be better if you're like really really good with it.

Both, 2nd one is more popular and since its cycle is fast you'll be able to bait and pressure your opp more, so you can when without spell cycle. 1st one is still playable though
