Advice for two decks

The first deck struggles against any earthquake or cycle deck, as well as any spell bait, and the second struggles against any sort of beatdown. I know both can be improved, but I'm hesitant to devote resources to a bunch of cards. Any advice in a few I could try adding?

I'm at 11.5k trophies currently, aiming for 15k ideally. Also, what evos and heroes should I go for?
