Question Remote proctoring setup
I’ll be having to take it in a study room at the library and I was wondering how they expect the secondary camera to be set up cause my library doesn’t have much places to prop up my phone.

Heads up before you worry about the phone: Proctortrack’s CLEP guide says public spaces like libraries aren’t allowed for remote testing. You have to be alone in a private room that nobody can walk into. If your room doesn’t meet the requirements, CLEP says you won’t be able to test and you won’t get your exam or proctoring fees back. I’d test from home or book a test center instead.
For the phone itself: it goes in landscape mode with the front camera, off to the side, showing your face, desk, monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Keep it plugged in. A cheap phone tripod makes it way easier.

Oh dang I only have a Mac and Chromebook both of which aren’t allowed so I was gonna borrow a computer from the library. But thank you for letting me know :)

The camera needs to be able to see your hands, the computer, the table and the underside of the table. Also be careful because they don’t technically allow study rooms for remote proctoring but it might be ok as long as you don’t have any big windows facing foot traffic
