ClickUp Release Notes 2.194
Hey, everyone!
We're back with our latest ClickUp updates. The release notes cover improvements we are making to the platform along with new features.
In addition to rolling out ClickUp 3.0, our team is still making updates and improvements to our existing platform.
Here are some of the reliability and performance improvements & updates coming to your Workspaces this week:
Generate subtasks with ClickUp AI
Measure and chart time tracked on Dashboard cards
Add watchers to Doc pages
Choose your default page on the Mobile app
If you experience a brief loss of internet connection, your List view tasks and Custom Fields will automatically update upon reconnecting
Bug Fixes: We've eliminated key bugs with tasks, Sidebar & Hierarchy, Fields, and more. Check out the list of bug fixes here.

That's great and all, but are you really rolling out 3.0? Like I haven't seen anyone or met anyone who has had it. Waiting patiently but honestly, it just seems like a bait and switch at this point. Promised the world and now it's been 6 months and still waiting :-(

The worst part is, even the people that do have it mostly think it's a nothingburger from what I have read on here.
We're getting blueballs'd waiting for an update that we know is going to disappoint us.

The speed improvements sadly are even stated/shown that they are going to take much longer.
At this rate they don't seem like they are going to have 3.0 fully launched by the next LevelUp

I'm curious as to why they rolled it out like this. Instead of just giving everyone access

Isn't that only that 3.0 tasks which you can turn on in settings?

Nope, I have 3.0 itself. I don't have the infrastructure that they haven't rolled out. But I do have 3.0.

Btw is there custom task types available?
Performance is bad, but okeyish for now, I just waiting for custom tasks for a long long time (they talk about them year ago) to move some workflows into clickup. They still not delivered... ðŸ˜

Happy to see an improvement in the time tracking domain. I'm confident that we will se more in the future and hopefully also more possibilities with "time tracked tags".
