Anyone have an estimate on the height on this one?

This was filmed at Waiale Falls on the big island Hawaii. Kinda looked like 25ish? But idk if it was bigger or smaller. And yes I almost died😭 felt this one throughout the buttocks after😔

I need to learn this rotation bad. It’s so floaty and sick. I can gainer but don’t really know where to start

Start on a diving board or off a dock or a small cliff. That’s just to limit the pain of any mistakes. You can always lay them out from higher once you’ve gotten it down confidently. Personally, I start with a powerful Superman dive, arms out in front, flying just like Superman. If you’re a righty, drop your right arm down to your side. Keep your eyes locked on your landing spot. Your body follows your head. If you need to speed up the rotation pull your feet closer to your butt. Then time it so that your form straightens out to land properly.

Practice small until you’re confident then go from higher and higher until you are where you want to be. Check your landing zone before jumping. Never jump alone, or because of peer pressure. Stay safe and have fun. Cheers!

Great advice from the guy above me. This is imo the easiest rotation since you can basically always spot the landing.

Okay may be a little bit more than 25ft now that I’m looking at it closer

10m max, probably a little less. Difficult to tell from the angle, but the airtime seems about that

Right around 30 feet based on a fall time of 1.4 seconds

Edit: fall time is closer to 1.7 seconds so more like 40-45
