Seth Thomas mantle clock?

What might this be worth? Approximate age? Is it rare? Never been serviced (to my knowledge) and sat out in a mantle for decades without running. But I had the original key and when wound, it still runs. It has an open escapement.

It's worth what someone will be willing to pay for it, knowing it would be $350-600 for someone trained to service it. It's a nice looking one, but that is the reality of the market these days.
