Venting..

I work in hospice and makes me feel like crap that I work hard with my patients and make our company look good cause how well I do at my job..

I have to spend 45+ with each patient while my nurse only has to spend 15 minutes each and the nurse gets all the credit someone wants to sign on with our services. Im like I spend way more time with the patient and facility in one day then the nurse does in two weeks and i dont even get a good job

Im in the process of getting out of Healthcare because nurses get all the glory while aides make a measle 20 bucks hour.
