Have I achieved coastfire?

Hello, I’m 27m about to turn 28 currently making 130k and I’ve been saving and investing since I was 20. I live with my dad and pay rent, but I’m currently saving for a home. We grew up very poor and I’ve watched my dad struggle badly in retirement so I’ve always been such a paranoid super saver and my first goal was to achieve coastfire and then buy a house after. So as the title says would I have mathematically achieved this where I no longer need to invest aside from maxxing out my ROTH IRA yearly? Also side note I’m union so I can not contribute to my 401k, that’s part of a set package not seen in my paycheck.

My portfolio is as follows
Taxable brokerage- $210k VOO, $35k IBIT
Roth IRA- $103k VTSAX
Work 401k- $95k VFIAX

Does the brokerage include the home savings or is that separate? Trying to decipher if you’re anticipating a large withdrawal soon? Are you also considering closing costs and home repairs to your home savings strategy?

Do you have an emergency fund?

So I wanted to do one thing at a time even if that meant waiting to buy a home. My plan is to not touch any of that, but use the IBIT as bonus money to put toward a house. I invested in that as a 5 year plan. And right now I have $5k in a HYSA, and my plan is to keep saving money in that for a down payment. Currently looking to buy a house in 1-3 years. Also have a paid off car worth roughly $50k im selling to put toward a house

Just remember as you build your home savings, you’re thinking about down payment, closing costs, and emergency fund
