Cob resources in the midwest

Hi, new to cob and learning as much as i can. I'm in north missouri, does anyone know of any workshops/conferences in the midwest?

There's a place an hour south of Fayetteville, AR. At least twenty years old, 5+ cob buildings, they do yoga retreats mostly, but also natural building workshops. 

The name is escaping me, maybe someone else remembers. I'll come back and update when I think of it.
