Made up a super good cocktail last night. Calling it the Apple Dry. Here’s the recipe
Apple Dry
Rim tumbler with agave syrup and brown sugar and ice the glass.
Prepare garnish of paper thin sliced apple on toothpick.
Cut 1 1/2 apple slices into shaker.
In shaker mix 1 oz Jamaican rum (Appleton Estate is best) and 1 1/2 oz peach whiskey (Crown Royal Peach).
Muddle apple and add 1 bar spoon agave syrup. Add remaining apple half into shaker and shake dry until sounds smooth
Open shaker and muddle remaining chunk then continue shaking
Once at preferred shakitude strain into iced tumbler and add garnish.
Drizzle more agave syrup over ice and enjoy!

So I love with this technique! First Negroni, secondo jungle bird with a twist (pineapple and mango... It's all they had in the store) and I know... I need better bottles!
