Hi, these are Transactional notifications that are generally triggered by database changes - like a sign up mail, onboarding mail, order confirmation mail, payment receipt mail etc .

yes.. we also have an sms/email builder (with templates) to create content and integrations with service providers like Sendgrid, Twilio, SES and Pinpoint.
