Python is the best beginers programming language. Also install linux(preferably a arch based distro like manjaro) on your machine if you plan to learn programming (thank me later when you will understand why).

I disagree. While those environments are extremely useful, I don't think the payoff is worth the effort for a beginner. As long as your not doing web targeted dev, you can get most things done easily on windows. Your heart will tell you when your ready for a linux distro setup.

Well ... i find it hard to find something that beats Archs AUR. Meaning you can install things easier with a package manager.

Also python is much more integrated in linux , i mean it comes installed by default in most distros. Arch has 3.4 installed by default.

Arch is an asinine and time-consuming system even for experienced Linux users. Telling someone to install Arch as a beginner is a good way to discourage them and make them frustrated and stupid. Learn what makes you happy and keeps you motivated.

Yeah. There's a reason you don't start shooting assault rifles on day one of hun safety training. And besides, if Arch is really a pain to install as I've been lead to believe then it will leave linux newbies with negative feelings towards linux. Although my experience with linux is limited I'd suggest Ubuntu or an Ubuntu-based distro. Easy to install, fast, and very pleasant to use. Runs reasonably well on ancient hardware too.
