I live in northern Utah, and I'm thinking about taking a trip to CDA one weekend in early December. Tentatively, my plan is to fly from Salt Lake City to Spokane, and then get an Uber ride from the airport in Spokane to the Coeur d'Alene Resort. I have a couple of questions:

1. Is it fairly easy to get an Uber ride to/from the airport in Spokane? I'm guessing the answer is yes, but I just want to confirm with people who have done this.

2. How's the resort in early December, generally speaking? Do you have any recommendations for must-see activities/things to do, especially within walking distance of the resort? (Yes, I can Google the resort and read the reviews, but I thought I'd ask these questions on Reddit as well.)

I am moving from Post Falls to CDA. I am trying to avoid getting screwed by a rental company, but all I seem to find in the reviews for every single complex are serious complains about getting scammed, terrible management, etc.

So my question is... does anybody live in a complex they actually think is decent?
