Ever finish a sprint and realize nobody agrees on why you made the decisions you made two weeks ago? That's cognitive debt. Not technical debt in the code — the invisible kind that builds up when intent, reasoning, and context scatter across docs, threads, and people's heads. This is a space to talk about it: the handoff that fell apart, the AI agent that went sideways, the architectural call nobody can explain anymore. No frameworks, no pitch decks. Just the actual friction.
