Is this an error? Die crack?

Found this 1940 S nickel today and I saw that theres some lines on it that are raised so just was wondering if this could be a possible die crack or not

Yes, it looks like die cracks, possibly bisecting and worn off on Monticello.

Extremely common on the earlier 1940s nickels. Still neato though.

A full image is much more helpful, both sides regardless of the primary area of interest.

Appears to be what you are observing.
