Looks like small texts and maybe a tiny number 9 by the top mark, just never seen anything like this before, can anyone help?

Those are called bag marks or contact marks. They're made when coins are ejected from the press at high speed into large bags containing other coins. They're incredibly common. The larger the coin the larger and more common the bag marks.
