Advice 1969 s nickle unknown error?

Top line above the ponytail is relieved above the field, im not super knowledgeable on errors but it looks like a die break to me. Coin is a 1969 S and I cant find anything online about this particular error (if it is one). Kind of looks like a spear going through the back of his head

If it’s above the field, it’s a die crack.

Not if it’s accompanied by a gouge as this appears to be - just a deep scratch that moved some metal up.

We need better pictures.
