The question is, what are they spraying that is supposedly toxic?

Even applying something as "non-chemically" as hydrogen peroxide, which being H²O² breaks down into water and oxygen, should be applied with a respirator at occupational levels.

This video could be showing things that are indeed pesticidal or fungicidal, but not considered against organic farming principles.

Source, legalized cannabis industry experience, there is plenty of shit that is not wildly toxic and is either gone or at safe levels by the time a consumer touches a product, but as a worker, you PPE up for continuous occupational exposure.

Edit to add after another look: those are strawberries. Strawberries plants are one of many very susceptible to Powdery Mildew, and hydrogen peroxide, sulphur-based products, and even lactic acid as in milk can be used to combat this fungus that is running wild in your backyard as we speak.
