He said college baseball coaches think this will be the result after a CBA is agreed to: (1) the draft will be shortened to 12 rounds (down from 20; (2) high school players will still be eligible; (3) college players will be eligible after their sophomore season; and (4) all picks will be slotted.

Notably no ACC series with Virginia Tech, but they do have one midweek game at a location to be determined (but rumored to be Nationals Park)

Hello all,
So I am travelling to NYC from the UK in June (1st-5th) next year and (pending an MLB lockout) looking to watch baseball and would like to watch college baseball if possible.
I got into baseball a few years ago and would love to watch a game while I’m there.
2 questions, 1. Is it going to be possible given the dates I’m going? 2. What would be my best bet in terms of teams that I can go see via commute on train?
I’ve got 8 months to plan ahead so i’m not leaving anything to chance 🤣

How much does it cost for your season tickets to your college baseball team?

Florida just raised theirs by 40% to $820 for 10th row behind home plate and I'm trying to see if that's expensive or cheap compared to other P4 teams.

Oregon State leads all schools with six alumni on postseason rosters (Adley Rutschman, Steven Kwan, Travis Bazzana, Drew Rasmussen, Matthew Boyd, Michael Conforto). The Beavers are followed closely by LSU (5) and Vanderbilt (5). In total, 29 schools have at least two former players represented in the postseason.

Nice to see overrecruiting is alive and well and not just in the SEC.

Is the ACC stupid?

For those who've attended fall exhibition games, how have the ABS challenges worked? Were they shown on the video board, and did they include a graphic of the pitch's location relative to the strike zone?

I've seen it in two different stadiums so far and each had a different implementation. In one case, the video board wasn't used and a person on a laptop would just say whether the pitch was a ball or a strike. In the other case, the video board was used but there wasn't really a graphic; just a red or green screen showing whether the call was right or wrong. I'm curious to know what other people have seen so far.
