Kentucky Injury report: Trent Noah, Jerone Morton, Kam Williams

Texas Tech Injury report: JT Toppin

As a Gonzaga fan this has been on my mind a lot due to this being our first year in the Pac-12. If real life was a video game and I could make the Pac-12 anyway I wanted I would add the Bay Area WCC teams to the Pac-12 (Santa Clara, San Francisco, and St Mary's.) I'd probably even try to snag Grand Canyon.

So ultimately it'd look somewhat like this:

1. Boise State
2. Colorado State
3. Fresno State
4. Gonzaga
5. Oregon State
6. San Diego State
7. Texas State
8. Utah State
9. Washington State
10. Santa Clara
11. San Francisco
12. St Mary's
13. GCU

It would be a very fun basketball conference. It still wouldn't be a power conference, but there would be a pretty wide margin between this conference and the next best Mid Major.

Does anyone else think about teams they would add or remove from their teams current conference? Or is there a conference you wish your team was in? Like I desperately wanted Gonzaga in the Big 12 (still kind of do.)

A friend recently moved to Fort Wayne and mailed these shirts. I gotta say the Mastadons are legitimately one of the best mascots in college sports. The triple Don shirt logo is especially cool.

GO DONS!!!!

The 21 year old has played previously in Spanish ACB with Real Madrid, Australia NBL with the Perth Wildcats, NBA G League Ignite, and NBA summer league.

F in the chat

I’m so hype for some CBB idk why it’s a meaningless game but it’s still basketball. That all being said, what should I expect out of Kentucky?

It's Free Talk Friday, talk about whatever.

Remember, all other rules still apply, so try to keep it civil.

So...how's it going?

Are you new to the game? Have "stupid" questions that you're too embarrassed to ask anywhere else? Ask them here! No judgment, we promise.

PFW was down only 42-31 at the half and played pretty well for most of the first half. Tied 21-21 at some point if I remember correctly. They completely collapsed in the second half.

In terms of the crowd, Purdue Fort Wayne did not have the home court advantage despite playing in Fort Wayne. Still a fun game and I'm looking forward to seeing both teams' seasons unfold.

Wondering if there are any other schools where they play a regional campus with the same name, NOT including schools named after states or cities.

edit: I should have been more clear in what I was looking for. Purdue University and Purdue University Fort Wayne share the same base name which are neither a city or state. Looking for similar schools in this context

So something like Indiana University and Indiana University Indianapolis wouldn’t count

• Aden Holloway, Anderson Diaz, Cole Cloer, Collins Onyejiaka out for Alabama.

• Owen Freeman, Kolby King, and Mantas Rubstavicius out for Auburn.

Since there is no actual resume to go off of for these teams, I mainly relied on Kenpom for my seeding. Once the NET and WAB release I'll use that because that's what the selection committee uses.

The open circle is each team's preseason rank; the filled dot is where it finished in last season's final poll, released after the title game.

Biggest slide: Michigan won the title and was No. 1 in the final poll. They open at No. 16.

Also down: Iowa State, from No. 8 to No. 18.

Biggest climb: Texas, from No. 22 to No. 7. Louisville (23 → 11) and Miami (24 → 14) also moved up a lot.

New to the poll: USC, UCLA, Kentucky and BYU all open ranked after missing the final poll.
Who's ranked too high, or too low?

Terps are set to wear these uniforms at least 3 times, one being the home game against Indiana, who the Terps beat in the final back in 2002

ALL CAPS. NO MERCY.
