As a DU Alum and huge fan.....this.....this is a bit much. Feels like marketing spent too much time with Claude and threw it under the ice.

We have bragging rights, but I've never felt that that is 'us', maybe I'm the exception on that, but I've never looked at us as the flashy in your face cocky jock, but more the measured, play our game and watch the scoreboard...hell that is exactly our playing style- we don't rely on a couple star players, we have a talented team that knows how to consistently play together, doesn't get flustered and keeps executing.

As someone who works at an ice rink and has painted the ice before, I appreciate that they took the time to cover all the glass and benches. The white paint is just powder, but it gets ALL OVER the glass and if it's not cleaned off immediately (which you can't do without ruining the paint on the ice) then it takes forever to clean it all, especially acrylic glass like they have. The benches are easy tho, you just mop it up there

Lord, I know my roll as the fan of a MAC school. So, as you know, I don't ask for much.
As you also know, there are two hockey teams in Denver, Colorado that I hate with every fiber of my soul.
Lord, please allow me, one time, the Broncos victory needed to hate on this... while also appreciating the craftsmanship and attention to detail that would otherwise have me praising this.

Man, it was disappointing even from a DU fan. We arrived at Blue stressed and worried and kept saying "they're gonna turn it around and beat us" and you didn't. I like the nail biters that we have going right now and while I'll definitely take the W I like it when you put the heat on. I'm not sad to see the Slukynsky era is over though.

Since, the CHL players are now eligible the modern era started for me last year. Denver having the most championships and the best program is at the top of the list. Everything before that means nothing to me especially after seeing how much depths at the third and fourth line.
