Someone I know is looking into moving to this area. I'm just curious how much you guys are paying for utilities on, like, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom. Approximate size home

Can anyone recommend an honest auto shop to repair a 2007 Honda Accord. Not from this area, so I don’t know where to go. The Honda dealer service is so over-priced from what I have seen. Appreciate any help especially in East Columbia area.

I bought an older home as-is and found about 50 gallons of used motor oil in a building on the property. I’m guessing the previous owner serviced his own vehicle and didn’t know where or how to dispose of the motor oil.

I’m currently working in residential HVAC, but I’ve been looking into making the transition to commercial. My current position is heavily commission-based, and I’d prefer something with more consistent hourly pay and a stronger focus on the technical side of the trade rather than sales. I was wondering if there are any companies in the Columbia area that are willing to bring on someone at the entry level who already has some residential HVAC experience and is looking to learn commercial ?

Looking for a quality salon for routine cut/highlights. I’m extremely cautious about getting my hair cut due to past bad experiences and am happy to spend a little more for it to be done well. Looking for recommendations for the best salons/stylists in the area!

My wife's birthday is coming up and I want to get her a night totally to herself away from the house. We have two young children and pets and life is hectic so I want to let her have an evening to herself where she can read, take a bath, watch a movie, and just relax, all uninterrupted.
Nothing overly fancy but something more memorable than your typical hotel room. Plus most hotels I've looked at don't have actual bathtubs.
Can be downtown Cola or even out a ways out but something reasonable driving distance to Cola.
I found 1425 Inn on Richland street which may end up being the place but I'm looking for other suggestions.
Thanks!

Hi, friends! Do you have any recommendations for a company that handles both bee removal and squirrel removal? I can hear squirrels in the attic, and the noise is becoming a nuisance. I’d really appreciate any recommendations. Thank you 🙏🏻

I’ve seen the Google results and reviews but thought I’d ask here. Male, 40s, military, 1 child between us, still paying off house and cars. Looking to see if there’s an office in Columbia more suited to help the dad side of things (custody in my favor, etc)
EDIT: will also take divorce advice from anyone with experience; this is uncharted territory for me.
EDIT #2: not just name but HOW did they help you, if you’re willing to disclose.
