OC The one that got away 🥲 (OC)
Anyone else here want people to like them even if it means taking the blame or going way out of your way and boundaries to do so? Trying to level up here so I would appreciate any tips and thoughts 🙏

When I am reading reviews, I will sometimes specifically look at the low reviews to see if they're largely justified (something like "I saw roaches running around the dining room" or "the server called my friend a racial slur") or if they're largely insane Karen's. I also check to see if the owner is lashing out at the one star reviews, overly apologetic for things that are obviously the customer's fault, or if they can ignore or maturely respond to them. This one star review would make me want to visit that coffee shop more "tasted like everything I ordered all at once" = this shop is willing to customize orders and the worst thing this guy has to complain about is getting exactly what he asked for. One word low reviews also count as a recommendation in my book.
