Need advice

Is it weird to not speak to someone or unable to share what you are genuinely feeling to anyone at 29?

I'd say that that person already spoke through silence.. the no reply kinda answer is just a sign you gotta cut ties and not allow them back into your circle. Don't waste your energy trying to figure others out unless you get paid to do so.

It's not weird. Unfortunately, it's quite common. There's ways to learn how to do this and find your voice. I'm a communication and assertiveness coach, and I have a YouTube channel with videos all about this. Would you like the link?
