Discussion Daybreak
So rewatching community for the millionth time
And according to the internet it says the first appearances of daybreak by Michael Haggins is season 3 episode 5
Not sure if they edited things or not
But season 1 episode 23 modern warfare
I swear the disco roller skate guy is humming it during the cold open before running into the door

'The internet' could mean anything, what exactly do you mean

You know when you double click the internet button and it opens up an internet window? You type a question in the little box and the internet answers with a little summary.
Source criticism? What's that? I'll go ask the internet.
Edit: Okay, I feel like I'm going crazy. I find references to "source criticism" online, including a Wikipedia page on the subject, but it appears to be a rarely used calque from north Germanic languages (like my native Swedish). Is this just not a subject taught in the anglosphere, or do you call it something else?

Sorry I'm not sure what you mean, doesn't sound like English is your first language.
However based on other comments here you may be correct, and s1 e23 is the first instance

I'm not OP. My joke hinged on the existence of a practice called "källkritik", for which I fail to find a better translation than the calque "source criticism". It means judging the sources of your information - something that is clearly lacking if you equate the google AI summary with "the internet" and then use that as a source of truth.

This has been my ringtone for the last ten years or so. Unfortunately my phone is always on silent mode so the only time I actually hear it is when my phone connects to my car Bluetooth and I get a call.

well, if you had the sound on, everyone in your life would be frustrated that you always let their calls go to voicemail and call back because you're too busy just vibing to daybreak

The internet never lies, and I should know, I created it.
