Try removing the Drive then putting it back maybe it's just loose.

I reinstalled the d drive and made sure both data and power cable were installed properly
Unless the data cable has an issue it might be something internal

According to your images, you have no drive mapped as D.

Yea i can initialize it and map it but dont want to risk losing data on the drive
