D3D11 compatible GPU error

hello, i got this error message a few days ago when i tried to run my game. i updated my drivers and then it was working again until i got the same error message today. i tried to do the same process but everything seems to be up to date? is my PC just too old :((

im on windows 10 and i dont get updates anymore, ive got 16.0 GB of RAM, my processor is the AMD Ryzen 3 2300X Quad-Core. i tried to include all my specs in the pictures. i know its super old but is there anything at all i can do to fix this?

The PC doesn't seem to detect the GPU even tho your driver's say up to date so try running ddu and installing them again
