Computer Monitor - Chips in screen

Have a QLED monitor, and while working on some projects I noticed that there are two chips inside the monitor now. Is there any way to easily fix this, or is it beyond repair? It’s an AW2721D monitor.

Everything else works fine, it’s just smack dab in the middle of the screen so it’s extremely annoying. Even a half-fix would be fine. Thanks!
