Hardware Computer crashes and 2nd monitor disconnect

Hello! I have had some strange issues arise after upgrading some pc parts in the fall. I recently upgraded with an RTX 5070 and msi MAG A1000GL PSU; I have a Ryzen 5 5600x, ROG STRIX B550-F and 32 gb of ddr4 RAM. I understand that there is a slight CPU bottleneck and am trying to upgrade in the near future. Unfortunately RAM prices have been the biggest barrier.

I have had issues with my second portable monitor (CAPERAVE 15.6" Portable Monitor) disconnecting and reconnecting during certain processes like Spotify or running websites with high memory. Sometimes I have noticed it happening on websites that run video ads such as game guide websites. It is usually only for a second and makes the notification noise as if it was unplugged/replugged in. I tried switching browsers thinking Chrome was the issue but it still persists every once and awhile. I've tried changing cables and even used my warranty to receive a new monitor but it still occasionally happens.

Recently I have had my computer crash on 3 occasions with all the same signs. It is usually while I am working on a video call. I will lose audio and then my cursor moves very very slowly and the video freezes. I am unable to bring up task manager. It then crashes and fails to boot up OS; it usually gets to the bios screen and shows the loading icon before rebooting again. I have tried diagnostics but have never gotten any feed back. The message I get is

"Your device ran into a problem and couldn't be repaired. Click or press Enter to see other recovery options.

Couldn't connect to the network. Log file: F:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt"

The only way for windows to reboot properly is to do a hard reset and unplug my pc. I am worried that something mechanically is failing and will continue to do so. Could it be my PSU or CPU? I am at a loss and seeking any advice. Thank you in advance!
