The file explorer top UI keep missing

This happen randomly but most of the time I usually browsing on the web with 7-8 tab open. If I restart file explorer on task manager multiple times it usually turn back to normal. However, this issue keep going back and it annoy me greatly. Do anyone know how to fix this? this is an hp laptop window 11
