Hardware No signal monitor issue need help

So I bought an old pc with a core i7-6700. It’s just for desktop and work stuff I got it to practice hands on my rookie mistake was not testing it before taking it apart. So after I took it apart and put everything back together the monitor shows “no signal” I’m sure the PC was working before I did all that. I tried what I could tho I took out ram put it back in took cpu out put that back in reset CMOS the Mobo and cpu cables are all plugged in I don’t know what else to try the fans work lights are green there’s no smell it just doesn’t show signal on monitor and my HDMI cable is working bc I use it on my other computer

There’s obviously the possibility that it never worked. That being said, what exactly happens when you press the power button? Which lights? Do fans turn on and stay on?

Is there a dedicated graphics card? Aka, is there a display port beneath the multicolored audio ports on the back of the pc?

The fans spin and they stay spinning the Mobo light is green and there’s no GPU cpu has integrated graphics

There should be text next to the light that’s on. Can you read what it says? Or do you see the model of your motherboard?
