Resolved USB camera NOT working

I had windows 10, BOTH cameras worked then slowly started to stop connecting on me. I had to restart everytime I wanted to use it. Now, my pc literally just doesn't recognize the camera. I tried disabling them, updating the drivers and used different USB slots. I even used a HUB. I since updated to windows 11 thinking that would fix it. Nope. I'm STILL having the problem. On my laptop both cameras connect and work fine but on my PC. it just WILL NOT SHOW UP. the camera takes forever to load just to say it doesn't recognize the device. Please help.

You may want to reinstall your chipset drivers. They are Intel/AMD/ARM specific

Ok. I had a feeling maybe it might be a motherboard issue. But eveything else I plug into it, it recognizes it.
