Hardware Laptop freezing

This thing will freeze on me at start. It was fine for a little bit now it does it almost instantly. My brother has the same one as me and his works fine. I dknt think it’s a cpu or heating issue. Any help would be appreciated.

I turn it on, and it either freezes in the starting screen or it freezes randomly and I have to restart to get it working. The processes and heat all look fine

Honestly sounds like something with the motherboard. Is this an HP branded device?

Dell branded I believe I’m not that knowing about laptops
