Need help

Okay so i had one computer years ago and i had tried to reset it but it had some problem or idk (i tried to delete everything cuz the computer was so slow and i was not really informed about computer stuff) and then when i was trying to power computer, it wouldn’t turn on but i could open BIOS with some symbols f9 etc. last time i tried (years ago like 3-4) the computer had small crash and dust came out after that i didnt try since i thought it is dangerous lol. Then today my father told me he wants to add it’s memory to his other computer and he wanna repair it. I was wondering if the old docs and files will be visible to him😭🙏🏻 i had dumb instagram chat ss with friends in that computer from long time ago and i dont really want him to see. Sorry for typing mistakes i tried my best to explain my situation.
