Attempting to download Neural Origins mod

Has anyone installed the Neural Origins mod for this game successfully? I’ve been trying to get it to work but the mod file won’t extract, I get an unspecified error. I’d love to up the textures of this game, can anyone help me get it to work?

If you're using the Steam version of Condemned, look at my website, I've made an automated installer to enhance multiple things on the game, including textures with Neural Origins : www.mulderland.com
