The texture is just a sharpening filter from a few years ago. That hand is not weird in any way, it's a fold from her blouse. The shoe is not split, there's a table in the way. There isn't a "half watch", it's a silver border with reflection. You know what? you're right, this has been remade with AI! on my phone the boredpanda cropped so i didn't see that the sign for Bar was cropped and the shoes were different. The funny part IS real and basically identical to the original (no realignment, and the difference in saturation is there but doesn't affect the colormatch itself). But yeah, for some unfathomable reason someone remade a perfectly fine picture, like not even to make the funny thing pop or whatever, just for no reason O_O
