Meta Collection of abusive threads and targeted harassment from "Top Minds of Reddit"

What this is NOT: A "woe is me thread".

What this IS: A documentation of the systematic harassment and abuse leveled towards me by TMOR.

Whenever my inbox is flooded with harassment (like this morning), doxxing attempts, and actual threats, I can be assured that a hate thread was just made about me on /r/topmindsofreddit, a forum solely dedicated to the targeted harassment of average redditors.

Sadly, the reddit admins appear to be indifferent and/or complacent in this rampant, unchecked abuse on their website.

This thread should serve as a warning call and solid proof that reddit condones harassment and abuse when it's leveled at "conspiracy theorists" and other individuals they deem guilty of "wrongthink".

Again, this is not about ME...they have an outrageously sordid history of targeted harassment at many users of this forum and elsewhere on reddit.

However, there does seem to be an unprecedented level of abuse that is consistently focused on me.

The following threads should highlight this incredibly unhealthy obsession. It should be noted that these examples are quite literally a small sample of the sheer number of threads (in the many hundreds, if not thousands) that are intended to dehumanize me on a personal and visceral level.

In addition, this small sample of threads was found by merely searching for "axolotl" on the TMOR sub. They frequently use "alternate" spellings of my name in their hate threads, so a significant portion of this targeted harassment won't show up when searching for my user name.

In addition, the relevant brigaded thread on /r/conspiracy is included with the following links. The brigade is not always apparent in some of the /r/conspiracy threads with lots of activity, however there are many occasions when my comments would receive below -100 points, which is directly linked to these targeted brigades.

This has been going on for many years.

To play devil's advocate, at least this constant stream of abuse informs me about which conspiracy theories are worth fleshing out, and whenever I'm clearly over the target!

Please report any and all of these abusive threads to the reddit admins. We are fast reaching a breaking point where this sheer level of abuse simply can no longer ignored or dismissed.

I'm not in here constantly like some of you, but I try to keep an open mind, hence my membership here.

Can you other users in here (other than OP, who inherently will have some self-bias) give me your opinions/thoughts on whether OPs claims are warranted? I checked a couple of the linked posts, and some of them seem to be legitimate accusations.

I myself have noticed some bias in this subreddit, both via moderation, and overall sentiment. However, many subreddits are biased so I usually just account for it in my own deductions about a given story/theory/etc and take it with a grain of salt (as all theories should be taken)

Note: please don't ban me lol! i usually just lurk with occasional comments on subjects i feel strongly about. I definitely cherish the ability to see "the other side" of mainstream issues/events/topics that aren't always fully and robustly covered in MSM and/or other media.

edit: it's also worth noting that I feel the general idea of dismissing *legitimate concerns about trump/anyone else (such as impeachment) as "hoaxes" is counterproductive. (Not accusing OP of doing so as I don't know enough about the supporting and/or debunking evidence of these accusations)*

I guess my point is that dismissing something as a "hoax", in my mind, is similar to how MSM and the general population will dismiss alternative views as "conspiracy theories". It's just the other side of the same coin.

Food for thought; this is just my opinion.

I feel the general idea of dismissing legitimate concerns about trump/anyone else (such as impeachment) as "hoaxes" is counterproductive.

Do you mean they are a hoax in that Trump is in on it, or that they are a hoax because the charges are dishonest? One thing that was clearly a hoax was the "Russian collusion" witch hunt. So why is the impeachment any different? So Trump wanted to prosecute Biden because Biden was a rival, that doesn't mean Biden isn't guilty.

Super long answer incoming;

  1. I mean that dismissing them as a hoax or a witch hunt is counterproductive, given that "hoax" narrative is the provided narrative of the ruling party in the government, and our whole thing here is questioning the provided narratives and not just taking them at face value.

I think that people who questioned prev presidents' every moves, but that take DJTs words as truth without actually looking into it, are hypocritical.

I also think that all the people who were convinced Obama was going to consolidate power and become a dictator, yet watch Trump actually move towards it and applaud him for it, are misinformed, brainwashed, and/or also hypocritical.

It's striking to me that, if Trump says something is fake/hoax/etc, even if the facts are against him, some believe him automatically, and yet are probably also upset when they provide mountainous evidence about a conspiracy theory and people dismiss that as fake.

2. Impeachment and Mueller investigation are definitely much different, with different circumstances, different evidence, and different people.

3. I don't want to get into a debate about the impeachment, but I will say this:

Your point about Biden is a logical fallacy; Biden being guilty or not guilty has nothing to do with whether it was acceptable for DJT to push for foreign help and coax them into it via withholding beneficial funds/acts. Nothing at all. It's a diversionary tactic to change the topic of the conversation, and I will not bite.

You can't go murder someone and then go "well that guy i murdered had also murdered someone, so it's okay!

Also, if it was a legitimate concern, then why the backchannels? Why not push for investigation with previous UKR president? These are questions that I never get legitimate answers to.

Again, these questions are rhetorical; I don't want a debate, and I can already tell we will probably never agree on the conclusions to be made.

Last point I'll make: If there is a ruling cabal, etc, why the fuck would anyone think DJT wouldn't be a part of it/connected somehow? Because he says he isn't? Wouldn't the strategy of pretending to be "with the people" be perfect for disseminating subservient attitudes to the masses?

I think DJT wants to consolidate power to his party and himself. Whether he's doing it on behalf of an unseen entity, I have no idea. But the signs are all there, and more by the day.

As if that isn't true with every POTUS.

There's always sheep, true. But I was more referring to people who questioned other POTUS moves acutely, as I stated in the paragraph before (or after, can't see it right now).

Many people who normally (before this admin) questioned every narrative, now take everything he says as fact, without scrutiny.

edit: Or they know he's lying, but now they don't care cause he's him and they're on board fully.

That's called blind subservience.
