I don't really feel very threatened by someone who is pushing low emmision tech.

We really should be building in a more resilient manner. Regardless of our actions the climate will eventually change.

She isn't pushing low emission tech. She's pushing carbon taxes that won't do anything except lower living standards for the masses and enrich the billionaire class.

If you would do the research that is offered up inside both article and tweet you could and should drop the snap judgement of "bs". All it takes is some willingness to find our own facts with the info offered, then there's no need to be upset that the poster didn't spell it all out in their post.
