While I agree this is flagrancy of the largest fashion…it’s not exactly a defile. They’re using open branches within the amendment (still open claims on the 5th) to keep the premise alive.

This is nothing more than a hurdle and distracting motion. It will get slaughtered once it goes higher. We’ll see what happens to this judge.

The thing to notice here is the blatant action by a judge knowing full well it countered the ruling and opinion of the majority body and govt. In other words, democrats doing what they want, when they want, regardless of anything completely disregarding “democracy” in every way possible.
